By eliminating daily commutes, we will free up nearly two hours of daily productivity, fostering a more integrated work-life balance for our Smarties. They can seamlessly work from home or on the go. This shift empowers our Smart Office team to focus even more on exceeding client needs with expanded automations, resulting in shorter wait times.
The new approach aligns perfectly with our founding commitment in 2008 to work smarter, remove barriers, and reduce friction points, ensuring a more productive and enjoyable experience for everyone at Smart.
This realignment has already enabled us to expand our team with diverse experts from North Carolina, Arkansas, and Virginia, strengthening our capabilities and opening doors to new possibilities and solutions.
